Missouri Lawyer Trust Account Foundation announced that Missouri has joined the ranks of other programs implementing comparability with mandatory participation. The Supreme Court of Missouri issued said Order on Wednesday, August 21. The effective date of this new Rule is January 1, 2008. That gives MLTAF just over four months to effect the implementation.
